5G, SDWAN, IOT and CDN segments require massive deployment of network functions in multiple sites. Continuous operations require faster problem resolution and predictive maintenance (with AI models), which in turn require monitoring and analysis of run time metrics of infrastructure and functions. As the functions are distributed, analysis is also expected to be distributed for faster service assurance.  One of the major challenges is the operational overhead of installing and operating big data analytics infrastructure in multiple sites. In this presentation, we will describe end-to-end open source service assurance stack with Prometheus as collection service,  Kafka as messaging system and big data analytics framework consisting Hadoop, M3DB and Spark. We also will talk about how this can be deployed in multiple locations using ONAP and K8S using single pane of glass.
