In leading an Organization of 200 amazing resources, spanning 3 countries and 9 offices, my primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Executing on ARRIS’ overall vision; shaping its technical strategy; growing its business; growing and motivating its engineering teams; driving the development and execution of complex software solutions to ensure our customers’ success and maintain ARRIS’ place at the top of its industry.
