Lihua has been with Microsoft for 10 years, working on building hyper scale network since 2008. He got his Ph.D in Computer Science from UC Davis. He has around 11 publications, and a rich experience in speaking on all sorts of conferences, from Sigcomm, to INFOCOM, OCP, ONS etc.
